Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are prepared based on the information available at the time of inspection or enquiry.
Prices may change if:
The infestation is more extensive than initially reported.
Additional treatment areas are identified.
The scope of work changes.
Additional services are requested.
Access restrictions require extra labour or equipment.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for the period specified in the quotation.
Bookings and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled according to technician availability.
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring access to the property at the agreed appointment time.
Informing us of any pets, restricted areas, hazards, or special access requirements before the appointment.
Advising us of any known health concerns or sensitivities that may require special precautions.

Follow all post-treatment recommendations.

Pest Control Results

However, customers acknowledge that:
Pest control outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including infestation severity, environmental conditions, sanitation, neighbouring properties, structural issues, and customer cooperation.
Some pests require multiple treatments before complete control is achieved.
New infestations may occur after treatment due to re-entry from surrounding environments.
For these reasons, unless expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee the permanent elimination of pests after a single treatment.
Follow-Up Treatments
Certain pests, including termites, bed bugs, rodents, cockroaches, fleas, and stored product pests, may require additional visits to achieve the best results.
Where follow-up treatments are recommended, customers are encouraged to complete the full treatment programme.
Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before or during service.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Outstanding balances may incur reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend future services until outstanding balances have been settled.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Where technicians have already travelled to the property or significant resources have been allocated, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.

Completed pest control services are generally non-refundable because labour, travel, professional expertise, equipment, and treatment products have already been provided.
